Royalty Analyst

VP MUSIC GROUP INC

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Royalty Assistant to join our team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our publishing companies, with a focus on processing publishing royalties. The ideal candidate will process incoming and prepare outgoing royalty statements while successfully interpreting publishing splits.

Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming royalty statements Prepare and send outgoing royalty statements Process outgoing payments Analyze publishing compositions and splits on payouts

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in music publishing accounting. Proficiency in Vistex Music Maestro Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Experience analyzing data from multiple corporate systems.
