Job Responsibilities:
Prepare federal and state business tax returns and related work papers for corporations, partnerships and individual clients, as well as other necessary tax filings, including extensions, power of attorney, etc. Informs, guides and advises clients on tax projections and matters. Responsible for completion of client engagements including but not limited to compilations, reviews, audits and tax compliance. Preparing client correspondences including recommendations, technical issues and responses to taxing authorities. Lead necessary tax research projects using appropriate resources and technology. Build and manage client relationships.
Qualifications:
CPA certification or progress towards completion. Minimum 4 years public accounting/tax experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university. Experience with Thomson Reuters Business Suite a plus. Strong working knowledge in personal and business taxation. Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
