The Future Platforms Team- Executing on EliseAI's Future Products The Future Platforms team is responsible for executing on the next generation of AI products and business lines.
- Guide treatment of rent, concessions, deposits/refunds, subsidies/HAP, delinquencies, utilities, move-in/out, and month-end close Translate workflows into requirements
- Turn real-world accounting cases into clear requirements and acceptance tests; pressure-test features before release Review calculations and language
- Validate prorations, allocations, adjustments, and charge/credit logic for accuracy and explainability Lead testing and validation
- Develop representative test cases, run UAT with client accountants, and confirm outputs reconcile to expectations Define standards and terminology
- Establish consistent event lifecycles, terms, and concise reference guides for controllers and onsite teams Capture best practices
- Distill patterns and edge cases from enterprise customers into durable standards and playbooks Move at rocket speed, build something massive.
