OPEN POSITIONS

Sales Tax Accountant

• $75,000 Manage sales and use tax reporting and compliance Research tax issues and assist with audits Maintain accurate tax records and documentation Work with accounting and other departments to resolve tax-related issues Fixed Assets Accountant
• $85,000 Manage the fixed asset accounting process Record acquisitions, disposals, transfers and depreciation Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate fixed asset records Assist with month-end and year-end close Corporate Accountant
• $95,000
• 110,000 Perform general ledger and corporate accounting functions Prepare account reconciliations and journal entries Assist with month-end and year-end close Analyze financial information and support reporting requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required Progressive accounting experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent analytical and organizational abilities Experience working in a large, complex accounting environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Candidates with backgrounds in public accounting, real estate development, construction, manufacturing, or other large/multi-entity organizations are particularly encouraged to apply.
