Construction Project Executive Cum Laude Group Custom Home Builder in Westchester County. We are seeking a construction project executive to work in conjunction with our in-the-field project managers. The job requires careful tracking of job-related expenses for assigned projects and closely working with our network of subcontractors and vendors. Responsible for preparing invoices for clients. Must be able to communicate change order to architects and the clients. 3+ years experience in similar position preferred.

Must have:

Proficiency with Quickbooks and Excel Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate with our clients and subcontractors Follow through & execute on multiple tasks Ability to negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to procure goods and services at best possible value to end customer English fluency required

Education:

Bachelor's degree

Experience:

Construction Experience, not required, but helpful

Work Location:

90% in office (White Plains) 10% in the field at various locations
