SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The senior accountant will handle all accounting operations and verify financial records and transactions. They will utilize hands-on accounting experience and have an in-depth understanding of accounting principles.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts Reconcile inter-company accounts GL Account analysis Prepare general journal entries Daily cash reporting Assist with the month-end closing process Assist with special projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in accounting 10 plus years of CPG experience manufacturing a plus Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, experience with SAP a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and analytical skills Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
