Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

$26/hr temp; $60k to $70k/yr, based on experience Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to make an impact in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for an Accounting Support Associate to support day-to-day accounting operations.

What You'll Do:

Process customer invoices Apply cash receipts Research and resolve customer and vendor discrepancies Code and process vendor invoices, follow-up, and make collection efforts Provide backup support for credit related activities Work within ERP Systems Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed

Job Requirements Job Qualifications:

Must have previous accounts payable and receivable experience Must be able to accurately apply cash receipts Experience with Invex experience is preferred Must have excellent communication and organizational skills while paying a high attention to detail Be part of a supportive and collaborative team Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
