Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure timely reporting
Perform complex account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy
Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business decisions
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
Assist with external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
