Senior Accountant

Consumer Support Services, Inc. is searching for a highly motivated individual for the position of Senior Accountant. Individuals must be able to meet deadlines, be well organized and have a team-player attitude.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Related Field required with 3-5 years Accounting Experience
• Experience in Compiling and Analyzing Financial Information to Prepare Timely Financial Statements
• Experience with General Ledger Operations
• Supervise, Train, and Mentor Accounting Office Staff
• Monthly Reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts
• Prepare and Complete Monthly Journal Entries
• Acts as Reviewer, Providing Approval Sign-Off on Accounting Transactions/Reconciliations
• Assists in the Preparation and Coordination for Audits as Required
• Assists with Annual Budget/Forecast Preparation (Data Collection and Compiliation)
• Assists with Year-End Processes
• Ability to Review Output and Attention to Detail a Must
• Strong Microsoft Excel Skills
• Ability to Multi-task
• Critical Thinker
• Excellent Communication Skills
