$65,000 – $75,000 A dynamic organization is seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to support its core financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on accounting work, values accuracy, and wants to contribute to strong financial processes that support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and key general ledger analyses to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support month‑end close activities, adhering to deadlines and maintaining required documentation
• Assist with internal controls, audit requests, and compliance with accounting policies
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and cross‑department collaboration
• Develop proficiency in large ERP systems and perform additional accounting duties as needed Qualifications
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting or financial reporting experience
