About Us ProMover Accounting is a specialized accounting, bookkeeping, tax and advisory firm serving moving companies across the country. We go beyond generalist bookkeeping — offering monthly financial statements, KPI analysis and benchmarking built specifically for the moving industry. About the Role We're looking for an Accountant/Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial reporting for a portfolio of moving company clients. You'll handle reconciliations, monthly close, and financial statement prep, working closely with our advisory team to help clients understand their numbers — not just record them. Responsibilities Perform monthly bookkeeping and account reconciliations for multiple clients Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Maintain GAAP-compliant books across a client portfolio Communicate directly with clients to resolve discrepancies and answer questions Manage client work within our practice management/portal system (Financial Cents) Flag anomalies or trends worth escalating to the client Qualifications 2+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience (public accounting or industry) Strong QuickBooks Online proficiency Solid understanding of GAAP and standard reconciliation processes Comfortable managing multiple clients/entities simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and deadline management Clear, professional written and verbal communication Experience with a client portal or practice management tool (e.g., Financial Cents) a plus
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
