Description LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a stable growing client in the Oklahoma City, OK area to fill a Staff Accountant role to support financial reporting, account reconciliation activities, and month-end accounting processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare, analyze, and report financial data to support business operations and regulatory requirements Perform general ledger account reconciliations and investigate variances Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support the development, documentation, and maintenance of internal controls Collaborate with external auditors, internal stakeholders, and third-party service providers Participate in system enhancement, testing, and implementation projects related to financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum 0-1 years' experience in an accounting or finance role Public accounting experience is a plus CPA designation or progress toward certification is preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with NetSuite preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team If interested in the above position, please apply today!
