We are a real estate acquisition and management company with a growing multifamily and residential rental portfolio across Oklahoma and Kansas. We're looking for a detail-oriented CPA to help keep our books clean, our reporting accurate, and our ownership informed. What You'll Do Maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks Online across multiple entities Work within Buildium to review rent rolls, tenant ledgers, owner distributions, and property-level financials Reconcile bank, credit card, and escrow accounts monthly Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) by property and entity Ensure data flows accurately between Buildium and QuickBooks Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and lender or investor reporting Support year-end close and coordinate with our tax preparer as needed Recommend process improvements to streamline bookkeeping and reporting What We're Looking For Active CPA license (Oklahoma preferred) Ideally with real estate or property management Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; Buildium experience strongly preferred (AppFolio, Yardi, or similar also considered) Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions Strong understanding of accrual accounting and real estate financial reporting Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently with minimal oversight Nice to Have Familiarity with lender reporting and debt covenant compliance Experience supporting real estate tax matters (depreciation, cost segregation, 1031 exchanges) QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification Why Join Us Flexible hours that fit around an existing practice or schedule Opportunity for additional hours as the portfolio grows Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in financial management!
