We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial strength and continued growth of our organization. Essential Responsibilities Month-End Close & Financial Reporting Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts Complete balance sheet reconciliations Prepare supporting schedules and journal entries Assist with monthly financial statement preparation Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reporting Financial Analysis Analyze operating expenses and identify trends, variances, and anomalies Review financial data and provide meaningful insights to management Support profitability and operational reporting initiatives Data Analysis & Reporting Extract, organize, and analyze data from accounting and operational systems Build and maintain Excel-based reports and analysis tools Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and visibility Compliance & Support Support annual financial review and tax processes Assist with property tax reporting and business surveys Maintain fixed asset schedules and related accounting records Leadership Provides leadership to various areas within the company Other duties Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Professional Discretion Handle sensitive and confidential financial, business, employee, and company information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism Maintain strict confidentiality of financial records, business information, employee information, compensation data, and other proprietary or sensitive information accessed through the course of employment Exercise sound judgment when accessing, sharing, discussing, and maintaining confidential information Understand that confidentiality is an essential responsibility of this position and that information obtained through the role must be used only for legitimate business purposes As a condition of employment, the Senior Accountant will be required to sign and comply with a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements Minimum 5 years of accounting experience Experience preparing financial statements and performing account reconciliations Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting Advanced Excel skills required What We Offer A collaborative and supportive work environment On site Human Resources support Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave Paid Holiday's
