As part of our team, you will work alongside experienced craftspeople, in a friendly hands-on environment. We have our Manufacturing, Service and Sales team in Coburg, Oregon, with Service and Sales locations in Florida and Texas. Marathon is a thriving manufacturing company, currently experiencing growth. As a result, we are expanding our team and looking for skilled and motivated individuals. What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance Life Insurance 401-K with employer match Paid Vacation Paid Sick Leave 7 Paid Holiday's per year Employee Referral Bonus Program On site Human Resources support What You Will Do Our RV Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining luxury coaches to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role involves mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC repairs as well as routine maintenance and coach remodels. Ability to learn and perform many aspects of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems Complete necessary paperwork, good written and verbal communication Collaborate with other team members to ensure quality service Maintain an adequate personal tool level to perform tasks assigned Keep work area clean and follow all safety protocols All other duties as assigned What's Your Shift This opportunity is Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
