Staff Accountant Details:

Temp-to-Hire position $31.25 to $37.50 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm) Key Responsibilities Perform month-end closing activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement support Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and GAAP standards Execute inventory and cost accounting functions, including valuation and tracking of assets Generate and analyze financial reports to provide actionable insights to leadership Support the Accounting Manager with day-to-day accounting and financial operations Assist in improving accounting processes and strengthening internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure financial data accuracy and consistency

Staff Accountant Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a similar role Strong proficiency with QuickBooks accounting software Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
