Staff Accountant

We are seeking Staff Accountant to join our clients finance teams. Prospective candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field. The role demands robust knowledge of accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliations, debits and credits, and journal entries.

Responsibilities:

Oversee ledger reconciliation and manage accounts payable/receivable.

Conduct detailed bank reconciliations regularly and balance sheet accounts.

Prepare journal entries as required, ensuring all business transactions are recorded.

Manage inter-company transactions and reconciliations.

Maintain detailed and organized financial records.

Assist in the development of internal control policies, procedures, and financial planning as required.

Collaborate with team members to support overall department goals and objectives.

Assist with the company's tax compliance and strategy.
