Description:

The External Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the Company's external financial reporting activities, including the preparation and review of SEC filings such as Forms 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements, and earnings materials. This role manages the preparation of consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements; researches and documents new accounting standards; coordinates selected external audit activities; and supports the Company's disclosure controls, SOX compliance, and reporting processes. The position partners closely with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Investor Relations, and operational stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting, monitors regulatory developments and their impact on the Company, drives process improvement, and develops and mentors reporting team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills:

Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Strong understanding of Forms 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy Statements, and earnings releases Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and footnote disclosures Knowledge of financial statement presentation Ability to research and interpret new accounting standards and SEC regulations Experience with SOX 404 controls and disclosure controls & procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to maintain audit-ready support and documentation Ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting deadlines Strong project management and organizational skills Advanced Workiva/Wdesk experience Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with SAP or other large ERP system 8+ years of combined public accounting and public company reporting experience Big Four public accounting experience preferred Prior management experience preferred Experience in a multinational public company environment

Education:

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or CPA strongly preferred.
