$25-$30/hour DOE About the Role A growing organization in the Tualatin area is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Generalist to support accounting, administrative, and operational functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities and can effectively balance accounting tasks with day-to-day operational support. Key Responsibilities Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions Review account coding, approvals, and resolve discrepancies Reconcile vendor, customer, and bank accounts Assist with bookkeeping and month-end close processes Provide operational and scheduling support as needed Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Assist with reporting, special projects, and office administration Manage office supply ordering and general office support Maintain confidentiality of company and financial information Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR, administration, operations, or a related role Basic understanding of accounting principles Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines Professional communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software preferred Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to support multiple functions Education Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a stable, team-oriented position with a mix of accounting, administrative, and operational responsibilities.
