Modern office environment with outstanding employee amenities and benefits. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Assist with month-end and year-end close activities. Support the preparation of financial statements and management reporting. Analyze financial results and research account variances. Prepare accounting schedules and supporting documentation. Assist with process improvements and workflow enhancements. Support audit preparation and financial review activities. Participate in ERP and reporting improvement initiatives. Collaborate with departments across the organization to support business operations. Cross-train and provide support across multiple accounting functions. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred. Associate degree with relevant accounting experience will also be considered. 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting. Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Exposure to audit support or public accounting is a plus. Manufacturing, inventory, cost accounting, or product-based industry experience is helpful but not required. Experience working within an ERP system. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
