Go beyond reporting the numbers by identifying risks, rmending improvements, and supporting thepany's continued growth.WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activity, reconciliations, and cash management.
- Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes and prepare accurate financial statements for leadership and thepany's outside CPA.
- Support inventory accounting, cost accounting, job costing, margin analysis, and manufacturing-related transactions.
- Monitor financial performance and cash flow, identify trends and risks, and provide practical rmendations to leadership.
- Develop internal controls, improve accounting processes, support audits, and provide oversight to accounting support staff.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of senior-level accounting experience, including ownership of close processes and financial statement preparation.
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or providing oversight to accounting employees.
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, along with experience using an MRP or ERP system.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting; manufacturing, inventory, or cost-accounting experience is strongly preferred.
