Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or an individual beginning their accounting career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities

+ Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

+ Prepare and enter journal entries accurately and timely

+ Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

+ Support month-end and year-end closing activities

+ Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

+ Assist with account analysis and reporting

+ Verify, process, and code invoices

+ Support audits by gathering requested documentation

+ Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements

+ Perform administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

+ Recent graduates encouraged to apply

+ Internship or accounting-related work experience is a plus

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills

+ Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems

+ Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
