We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or an individual beginning their accounting career to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Prepare and enter journal entries accurately and timely
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist with account analysis and reporting
Verify, process, and code invoices
Support audits by gathering requested documentation
Collaborate with team members on special projects and process improvements
Perform administrative and accounting-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Internship or accounting-related work experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience working with accounting software or ERP systems
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
