• 70K Established organization that supports people in need, adding an AP/AR Accountant to its team. Great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys owning payables and having exposure to AR and general accounting. The organization has recently modernized its accounting systems and streamlined all AP and AR. Responsibilities
• AP/AR Accountant Own AP process , including invoice processing, coding, approvals, ACH, checks and reimbursements Manage vendor relationships and records and ensure accurate, timely payments Handle AR billing, collections and account reconciliations across multiple programs Prepare bank, AP/AR and GL reconciliations and support month-end close Utilize Concur to manage accounting workflows and maintain accurate records Support cash controls, accruals, journal entries and financial reporting Partner with employees throughout the organization to answer questions and improve accounting processes Identify opportunities to streamline processes and strengthen internal controls Work directly with the CFO, with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility over time Requirements•AP/AR Accountant Hands-on accounting experience with AP and AR Bachelor's or Associate's degree Nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required Interested?
