  • Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience
  • Experience with tax preparation is a plus

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management. Utilize financial software such as QuickBooks, Intuit ProSeries and Medlin. Microsoft Office especially Excel. Assist with budgeting processes, financial data analysis, and month-end closing activities. Handle confidential information with integrity while providing excellent customer service to internal teams and external vendors. Qualifications Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles with a strong understanding of accounting concepts such as debits & credits, double-entry bookkeeping, and journal entries. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Inuit ProSeries, Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis). Knowledge of GAAP standards. Experience handling accounts payable/receivable processes and managing financial data entry efficiently. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in financial reporting. $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
