Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures the accurate compilation, analysis and reporting of accounting data and revenue. Prepares reports for monthly reporting package. Prepares balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with accounting policies and procedures. Works with Manager to maintain the financial records of managed joint ventures. Assists with various accounting tasks including posting journal entries, cash application, invoice posting, and vendor maintenance and validation. Ensures integration of data produced into systems and supports objectives of financial analysts. Participates in annual audits and special projects. Work with external consultants or auditors to provide required information and ensure proper recordkeeping for historical purposes. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in an accounting Highly preferred experience within the A/E/C industry Experience with Power BI preferred Excellent communication The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt #LI-AW1 #LI-HYBRID
Compensation Range:
