Job Description
U.S. GAAP
accounting is preferred. Willingness to learn and work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as part of the company's ERP transition. Experience in manufacturing, packaging or logistics a plus. Accounting Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Maintaining AP/AR, general ledger entries and account reconciliations in QuickBooks while ensuring US-GAAP accounting conformity.
- Liquidity management as well as payment processingFX payments.
- Lead the monthly closing procedures and international finance statements.
- Lead year end closing process and preparing financial statement for Amapharm LLC auditors.
- Ensure proper expense classification, accruals and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with the CFO during year-end audits and coordinate with external auditors.
