Job Description
Primary Duties:
- QuickBooks.
- Provide Vendor management .
- Account reconciliations
- 2 bank; 3 credit card
- End-of-month financial preparation.
- Prepares payroll.
- Meets all deadlines.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- 3+ years of previous law firm experience or other professional service firms a plus.
- A high level of proficiency using MS Office-Word, Excel and QuickBooks .
- Paychex experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality & have a professional demeanor.
