What You'll Do Review, match, and clean up balance sheet reconciliation Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve outstanding variances Match and clear open items, duplicate entries, and unmatched transactions Research discrepancies and document findings Prepare clean, organized supporting schedules and documentation Collaborate with the finance team to correct identified errors Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience (general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close) Experience with Epicor is a plus Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS) Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large volumes of data SAP experience is a plus Ability to work independently and hit deadlines in a fast-paced project environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
