We are a full-service accounting firm providing tax preparation, bookkeeping, and payroll services to individuals and businesses. Responsibilities
  • Prepare federal, state, and local individual and business tax returns under the guidance of senior staff
  • Perform bookkeeping and general accounting services including reconciliation of bank and credit card accounts for clients
  • Process and assist with payroll services including 941 and local withholding filings
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records
  • Assist with year-end accounting
  • Communicate with clients to obtain necessary financial information and resolve questions pertaining to tax returns, financial needs, and agency notices
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in public accounting or a similar accounting environment preferred
  • Strong proficiency with Intuit tax software(s) preferred
  • Knowledge of individual and business tax preparation
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team What We Offer
