Job Description
- Provide accurate commission information to payroll on a weekly basis.
- Regularly follows up with sales managers to ensure all sales documentation has been received prior to calculating commission payments.
- Assures complete and appropriate documentation is transmitted to manufacturer. Regularly follows up with manufacturers for payment of incentives.
- Responsible for the timely processing of all extended warranties and after-market contracts.
- Additional accounting duties as assigned.
May include items like:
daily bank reconciliation, tracking F&I reserve schedules, cash handling responsibilities, Contracts, Deposits, etc. Requirements- High School diploma required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred.
- Prior costing experience preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general office setting preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet all deadlines.
- Must have the ability to work well with all levels of staff and management.
- Effective organization and prioritization skills.
- Excellent computer, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Experience with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
