What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Prepare and maintain journal entries and general ledger activity ✅ Perform account, bank, and balance sheet reconciliations ✅ Assist with month-end and year-end close processes ✅ Analyze financial data and investigate variances ✅ Support AP, AR, and payroll functions as needed ✅ Prepare financial reports and assist with audits ✅ Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting policies ✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies

What We're Looking For:

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ✔ 2+ years of accounting experience preferred ✔ Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles ✔ Proficiency with Excel and accounting software ✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines ✔ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ready to Take the Next Step?
