OVERVIEW OF THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT ROLE

Process accounts payable invoices, prepare payments, and assist with AP workflow improvements and automation initiatives Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities Prepare and file monthly sales and use tax returns for multiple states Perform daily banking transactions and account reconciliations Assist with customer account inquiries and apply customer payments as needed Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Support additional accounting and finance projects as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE STAFF ACCOUNTANT
