No C2C or Sponsorship The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening Senior Cost Accountant for an international manufacturing client. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, experience with inventory control, and demonstrated ability to work with multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, direct labor, overhead, scrap, and landed costs Perform variance cost analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis Oversee inventory accounting activities including cycle count reconciliations, scrap, and shrinkage Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure accurate BOMs and routing data Develop and maintain financial models and cost analysis to accurately provide budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning data Serve as a key advisor to management on inventory, costing, and manufacturing finance matters
Qualifications Education Required:
Bachelor's degree in
Accounting Experience Required:
5+ years in an accounting role in a manufacturing environment Experience using a manufacturing ERP such as SAP, Sage, or Syteline Experience with inventory control variances and analysis Strong analytical skills
