You will analyze production costs, help manage inventory valuations, and perform variance analyses. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience is always a plus but is not required to be considered.

Key Responsibilities Cost Analysis:
Track and analyze production costs, labor, and overhead.
Variance Tracking:
Review standard versus actual costs and investigate variances.
Inventory Control:
Monitor inventory valuation, cycle counts, and cost of goods sold (COGS).
Month-End Close:
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and monthly account reconciliations.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Assist in preparing annual standard cost budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Process Improvement:
Collaborate with operations teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
None needed, but any accounting experience is a plus
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Soft Skills:
