SENIOR COST ACCOUNTANT

Target Compensation:
$95,000 - $110,000 Key Responsibilities for the
Senior Cost Accountant:
Manage and analyze standard costs, BOMs, routings, product costing, and manufacturing cost structures Analyze material, labor, overhead, scrap, yield, and production variances to identify trends and improvement opportunities Oversee inventory valuation, reserves, reconciliations, cycle counts, and physical inventory processes Support month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and operational financial reporting Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance on cost savings, productivity initiatives, and business decisions Qualifications for the
Senior Cost Accountant:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing variances, and financial controls Manufacturing ERP experience, with SAP and
SAP S/4HANA
strongly preferred; intermediate to advanced Excel skills #
