Who We Are BMP Doors USA is a high speed doors company in Waynesboro, PA, and Arlington Heights, IL, that designs, manufactures, and distributes internal and external high-performance doors for commercial and industrial door applications. Above all, whether your business needs industrial roll up doors or high speed commercial doors, our high speed doors applications use proven concepts and are the perfect solutions to enhance the flow of goods and people. Who You Are The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the plant's accounting practices, the maintenance of its accounting records and the preparation of its financial reports. This role has overall responsibility for general and cost accounting, and budgetary controls. What You'll Do Maintain and reconcile general ledgers and financial records. Prepare weekly and monthly managerial reports Soft monthly closing Monitor budget and prepare variance reports. Manage physical inventory Monitor inventory cost accuracy Support External audit Provide cross functional support to various departments Participate in the development of company accounting policy and procedures. What You Bring Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 years of relevant accounting experience Data driven, attention to details Proficiency in Accounting software, reporting tools and excel Hands on and ability to work in a growing work environment Ability to multitask Experience in a manufacturing business
