ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage accounting records within Sage 100Prepare and provide weekly financial reports and updates to leadershipRecord and reconcile company expensesManage accounts payable processes, including commission payments to business partnersMonitor ACH transactions and ensure accurate recording of automated paymentsAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesCreate and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports to support business operationsWork closely with the Accounts Receivable team regarding customer billing and software renewal revenueSupport external payroll and benefits administration vendors by providing necessary accounting information and reportsAnswer and direct incoming phone calls as neededEnsure accuracy, compliance, and integrity of financial information
