Job Description
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support key accounting functions and assist with financial reporting activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing accounting team. Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
Analyze general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Support financial statement preparation
Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
Assist with audits and compliance requirements
Participate in process improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2+ years of accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems preferred
