Broad scope, real growth — touch financial reporting, reconciliations, journal entries, audits, sales & use tax, and fixed assets Multi-entity exposure — build experience that's hard to find in a single-company role Hybrid flexibility — genuine work/life balance Strong benefits — health & life insurance, 401(k) match, PTO, and paid holidays Supportive, collaborative culture — cross-functional exposure across the business What You'll Do Perform daily cash reconciliations and review positive pay exceptions Prepare internal financial statements and journal entries Record payroll journal entries and reconcile intercompany accounts Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules Complete monthly bank reconciliations Initiate ACH payments and bank transfers Assist with financial and insurance audits Prepare and file sales and use tax returns Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules Partner cross-functionally with departments across multiple companies Support month-end and year-end close processes What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2–3+ years of accounting experience Strong understanding of journal entries, reconciliations, and general accounting processes Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-company environment Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills QuickBooks experience preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills EB-1556820313
