Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent work experience. 4+ years of experience in Accounting field. Experience preparing journal entries and account reconciliations. Experience supporting month-end close activities. Experience researching and resolving accounting variances or reconciling items. Experience working with financial reporting, audit requests, or accounting process documentation. What's needed-Desired Qualifications:
CPA certification or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with intercompany accounting, related-party transactions, or consolidation support. Experience using Oracle or FDM Upload. Experience identifying accounting process improvements or implementing controls that improve accuracy and efficiency.We Offer:
