ABOUT THE ROLE
Ensure accounting compliance with US GAAP and SOX. Ensure timely and accurate recognition of revenue and expense and proper classification of financial statement transactions. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of balance sheet accounts along with the Accuracy of 10-Q, 10-K, and other external and internal reportingWHAT YOU WILL DO
Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures and controls Perform an accurate and timely monthly close Perform regular analysis and reconciliations of balance sheet accounts Prepare and record journal entries for assigned areas Prepare monthly and quarterly flux analysis commentary for assigned accounts Prepare information for use in external reporting schedules Summarize data for management analysis Analyze account balances and take required action Work with internal business partners to resolve issues Support inquiries from internal and external auditorsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education / Certifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or related field CPA a plus MBA a plus Skills and Experience 2 + years' experience in public or private industry accounting Ability to organize and set priorities in a fast-paced environment Problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment Technical GAAP accounting knowledge Highly skilled in Excel Proficient at Word Collaborative Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing assignments Experience with Accounting system software or ERP's Where you will work This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed. Compensation The pay range offered for this position is $65400 - $90000 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentivesYOUR COMPANY BENEFITS
