What We Offer Part-time schedule:
Approximately 20-25 hours per week, with additional hours available during tax season.Hybrid work:
A combination of in-office and remote work.Variety:
A mix of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax responsibilities.Supportive team environment:
The opportunity to work independently while collaborating with experienced professionals. What You'll Do The ideal candidate will have several years of accounting or public accounting experience. CPA experience or certification is a plus.Responsibilities include:
Performing general and intermediate accounting and bookkeeping functions Compiling and analyzing financial information Preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts and financial data Preparing and reviewing financial reports Using spreadsheets and accounting software to organize and present financial information Preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, including 1040, 1120, 1120S, and 1065 Assisting with tax planning and identifying opportunities for clients Coordinating tax matters with clients and their other professional advisors Providing knowledgeable and responsive service to clients Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has experience in bookkeeping, accounting, public accounting, or tax preparation Has a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices Is detail-oriented and takes pride in accurate work Works well independently and as part of a team Enjoys working with clients and building professional relationships Is adaptable and eager to learn Values a flexible work environment If you're looking for a part-time opportunity where your experience is valued, your work makes a difference, and you can enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, we'd love to hear from you.Pay:
