- Job Summary
- Join the Cash Compliance & Controls (C3) team and help drive financial accuracy across hundreds of operations.
- Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile high-volume credit card and banking activities, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Ensure assigned balance sheet accounts are reviewed and reconciled monthly to ensure the balance is properly stated.
- Investigate recurring exceptions and trends to flag high-risk locations; collaborate with Loss Prevention on reporting.
- Prepare accurate journal entries and support month-end close.
- Process internal customer requests (audit, field, treasury and payroll) via Remedy, providing responsive, solution-oriented support.
- Create and maintain monthly and closing checklists for all operations.
- Partner with business owners to enforce compliance with financial controls and company policy.
- Identify inefficiencies and actively drive process improvements.
- Support special projects and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting internship experience and prior customer service background
- Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines
- Quick learner who is self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with associates, customers, and all levels of management
- SAP experience
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative (self-starter)
