Lasko Products, an industry leader of home environment products for over 100 years, is seeking a Cost Analyst . This role will be hybrid working from either our West Chester, PA headquarters or Franklin, TN manufacturing facility. Key areas of responsibility will include:

Teaming :

Must be collaborative and work with operational stakeholders and leaders Miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting as requested from all finance leadership

Plant Strategy:

Calculate daily CPUs and efficiency reports to help drive improvements in key cost and production areas Develop weekly trending variance analysis, to see performance versus standard Work with engineering to develop easy-to-read daily plant dashboard, that covers all areas including cost, production, shipping, efficiency, and safety

Forecasting and Budgeting :

Lead yearly AOP and periodic forecast updates for all labor and overhead expenses in the plant and distribution centers Collaborate with department managers to develop budgets around headcount, supplies, maintenance and more Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production and general plant performance reports, with comparative view to AOP and forecasts

Cost Accounting and Reporting:

Support yearly Standard Cost Roll for manufactured items across facilities by updating BOMs and routings with alignment to yearly AOP Maintain accurate, fully costed BOMs for all WIP and FG inventory throughout the year

Month End:

Prepare monthly JE's in a timely manner Analyze month end results with comparative view to AOP and forecasts and explain variances Prepare account reconciliations for plant related accrual accounts

Inventory:

Maintain accurate perpetual inventory balances across locations, including plants, warehouses, and any outside warehouse as applicable. Plan, coordinate, and conduct annual physical inventory for relevant facilities. Develop, improve and implement process and controls for: All areas above Regular cycle counts in the manufacturing facility

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
