JIB Accountant:

Handle all aspects of Joint Interest Billing (JIB), ensuring timely and accurate billings for joint ventures. Manage financial data related to partner billings, expense allocations, and reconciliations. Collaborate closely with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and streamline processes. Input and maintain accurate AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) data into the accounting system. Conduct cost allocations and participate in monthly financial close activities. Analyze and ensure accuracy in tax-related functions, including sales tax and other financial compliance tasks. About You as the

JIB Accountant:

Be able to do the job as described. Proficiency in oil and gas accounting processes, especially JIB accounting. Experience with accounting software relevant to the industry.
