Part Time Accountant - Downtown Hospitality Group Part and Parcel - 5.0 Savannah, GA Job Details Part-time 9 hours ago Qualifications Accounting Full Job Description Part Time Accountant - Downtown Hospitality Group We're a busy downtown bar and restaurant group looking for a part time, in house accountant to help manage and oversee our financials. This role is roughly a day to a day and a half of work per week (around 12 hours), with at least some time onsite in downtown Savannah. The schedule is flexible. This is a great fit for someone mid-career or semi-retired who has strong accounting experience and is looking for consistent and rewarding part-time work.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reconciling all bank accounts and transactions (multiple accounts) Reviewing financial activity across 4 bar/restaurant locations Maintaining and overseeing books of multiple companies with intercompany transactions Preparing balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements on a monthly basis Managing and filing sales tax and other business taxes Handling and reviewing payroll reporting Assisting with and preparing business and personal tax returns (approx. 7-8 annually) Providing general tax guidance when needed

What We're Looking For:

Strong accounting background Experience with corporate and multi-entity accounting Comfortable managing a high volume of transactions and accounts (10+ bank accounts) Experience in hospitality is a plus, but not required Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Business consists of 4 bar/restaurant locations, along with related entities Some additional work may involve real estate holdings tied to the business This role will report directly to ownership and act as the primary in-house accounting support Compensation based on experience
