• Westminster, CO Hello Hearing Studios is a growing hearing care company with 5 studio locations across Colorado and an ambitious expansion plan.

We combine modern retail studios with a hybrid tele-audiology care model, and we're building the operational backbone to scale. We're looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to own our day-to-day accounting. This role is ideal for an experienced accountant seeking part-time flexibility without giving up meaningful, ownership-level work. The role You'll be our first dedicated accounting hire, responsible for keeping clean, close-ready books across all 5 locations in QuickBooks Online. You'll work closely with the founders and our external CPA. Own accounts payable and receivable, including manufacturer invoices, credits, and vendor payments Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and patient financing deposits (CareCredit and similar) Maintain per-location P&Ls using QuickBooks class/location tracking Run the month-end close and deliver clean monthly financials Track device cost of goods sold, returns, and insurance reimbursements Prepare clean records for our external CPA (taxes and year-end) Help improve and document our accounting processes as we grow

Note:

payroll is handled through Justworks, so it is not part of this role.
