Responsible to produce accurate and timely financial statements and management reports. Excellent verbal and written communication required.

Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Deposit rents daily and post receipts daily to the tenants' ledgers Monitor delinquencies and work closely with Property Manager (PM) to ensure timely collections Review lease abstracts prepared by PM for accuracy and enter ALL information into software program (MRI) and/or Yardi Responsible for annual CAM billings. Review with PM and prepare notices to tenantsAccounts Payable:
Review all invoices coded by PM team for accuracy Control disbursements, review checks for accuracy and sign checks accordingly.General Ledger:
Prepare monthly operating report package and financial highlights Review financial reports for accuracy and ensure timely completion to PM Prepare bank reconciliations Review with PM status of taxes and escrows Review with PM status of insurance premiums and escrows Coordinate funding of escrows and reserves with Lenders Coordinate required reporting packages to Lenders (operating statements/rent rolls) Assist in the preparation of annual budgets for properties Monitor income and expenses and bring any problems or questions to Supervisor and PM Coordinate the preparation of all year-end materials for auditor reviews Forecasting and modeling work as requiredEducation, Experience & Job Skills:
BS/BA preferred 5+ years of Accounting in Commercial Property Management Field Task and deadline oriented Comprehensive analytical and organizational skills.Specialized Equipment Skills Required:
