full-time Senior Accountant | Plymouth Meeting, PA I'm partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization in the property management and residential services space that is looking to add a Senior Accountant to its team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than a traditional accounting role. You'll report directly to the CFO, own full-cycle accounting across multiple entities/brands, and have significant exposure to FP&A, operations, acquisitions, and process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Own the monthly close process for assigned entities/brands Prepare and review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify trends and inefficiencies Assist with audits, tax workpapers, and ad hoc financial projects Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation

Seeking:

2-6+ years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close Public accounting, CPA, or multi-entity experience is a plus Strong Excel skills; NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently Someone who is ambitious, proactive, analytical, and willing to roll up their sleeves The ideal candidate is someone who sees a Senior Accountant position as a launching pad for their career, not a landing spot.
